Trials
Two weeks free. A month if someone sent you.
Everyone gets 14 days free to start. If another agent referred you with their link, your trial is 30 days instead — and when you become a paying customer, you and the agent who referred you each get one month free, credited to your accounts automatically.
Every customer gets a referral link. There is no cap on how many agents you can refer, and the credit applies whether you refer one or ten.

What happens when my trial ends?
We ask for a card. If you do not add one, Sarah stops — we do not bill you by surprise and we do not keep your mail connected to an account that is not paying.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You keep Sarah until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I pay through the App Store?
No. Billing happens here on the web, so the whole $20 goes to running Sarah rather than to a platform fee. The app links you here to manage it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your mailbox connection is revoked and your assistant is deprovisioned. See the privacy policy for what is deleted and when.
