Trials
Two weeks free. A month if someone sent you.
Everyone gets 14 days free to start. If another agent referred you with their link, it works like this:
- Month 1: a 30-day free trial instead of 14 days.
- Month 2: your first paid month, $20.
- Month 3: free — a $20 credit is applied after your first paid month.
The agent who referred you gets a $20 credit when you become a paying customer, and so do you for every agent you refer. There is no cap — refer enough agents and Sarah can be free for as long as you keep referring. Credit has no cash value and never applies to a first paid month.

Why do you need a card to start?
Everyone starts with a card on file. When you sign up we place a $1 authorization to confirm the card works, then release it — you are not charged for it.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not cancelled before the trial ends, we charge your card $20 for your first month, and monthly after that. Sarah reminds you before the trial ends so it is never a surprise.
When does referral credit apply?
After your first paid month. The first month is always paid in full; any credit you have earned — from being referred or from referring others — is applied to the months after that.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You keep Sarah until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I pay through the App Store?
No. Billing happens here on the web, so the whole $20 goes to running Sarah rather than to a platform fee. The app links you here to manage it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your mailbox connection is revoked and your assistant is deprovisioned. See the privacy policy for what is deleted and when.
