What it is actually like to work with her.
Sarah is not a chatbot bolted onto your inbox. She is an assistant with a standing job — read the mail, watch the calendar, tell you what matters — and a memory of how you work.
01 — The morning briefing
The thing you will actually use every day.
You pick a time. Before that time, Sarah goes through everything that landed overnight across every mailbox you have connected, looks at your day, and writes you a briefing.
Not a digest of subject lines. What she gives you is:
- What needs an answer today, and from whom
- What moved on your active deals
- What your calendar looks like, including the gaps
- What is quietly about to become a problem
It arrives in the app, and on WhatsApp too if you want it there. If you would rather not have a briefing at all, skip the question at signup — nothing gets scheduled and nothing gets sent.
02 — Your mailboxes
All of them, not just the main one.
Most agents run at least two: the brokerage address and a personal one, and often a third for a team or a past life. Sarah connects as many Google and Microsoft accounts as you have and reads across all of them, so you get one briefing instead of three.
You connect them with Google's and Microsoft's own sign-in screens. We never see your password, and you can disconnect any account from your account page and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
03 — Asking her things
In the app, or on WhatsApp. Same assistant.
Ask her what the seller said, when you last heard from a lender, what your Thursday looks like, or to draft the follow-up you keep putting off. She has the context, so you do not have to re-explain the deal every time.
WhatsApp is optional. Roughly nine in ten US agents do not use it, so signup completes perfectly well without it — the app and email are the whole product on their own. If you do use WhatsApp, opt in and she answers there too, with the same memory.
04 — Your data
Your assistant is yours alone.
Every customer gets a separate assistant with separate memory and separate storage. Your mail is never pooled with another agent's, never used to train a shared model, and never readable by another customer's assistant. That separation is the product, not a setting.
Sarah's access to Google data follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The detail is in the privacy policy.
Fourteen days, no card.
Connect a mailbox, take one briefing, and see whether it earns its place.
