Legal
Terms of Service
Effective August 2, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Meet Sarah LLC for use of Sarah, at meetsarah.io and in the Sarah application. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle your data is covered separately in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
What the service is
Sarah is an AI assistant for real estate professionals. She reads the email and calendar accounts you connect, writes you a briefing at a time you choose, and answers questions you ask her in the app or on WhatsApp.
Sarah is an assistant, not an advisor. She is an AI system and she can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing she produces is legal, financial, tax, or professional real estate advice, and none of it replaces your own judgment or your obligations to your clients and your brokerage. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you tell us.
Connecting your mailboxes
When you connect a Google or Microsoft account you are authorizing us to access it on your behalf, through that provider's own sign-in. You confirm you are entitled to grant that access — including where the mailbox belongs to your brokerage and its use is governed by their policies. You can disconnect any account at any time from your account page or by revoking access at the provider.
WhatsApp is optional. If you opt in, you consent to receive service messages from Sarah at the number you gave us — your briefing and replies to what you send. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOPat any time to opt out, or turn it off from your account page. Your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
What it costs
- Sarah is $20 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- New accounts get a free trial: 14 days, or 30 days if another customer referred you. No card is required to start.
- Referral credit: when someone who used your referral link becomes a paying customer, you and they each receive one month ($20) as account credit. Credit applies to future charges, is not redeemable for cash, and we may withhold it where a referral is not genuine — self-referral, duplicate accounts, or automated signups.
- Fees are exclusive of tax. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from your account page. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not generally refund partial months, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, write to support@meetsarah.io — we would rather sort it out than argue about $20.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Sarah to send spam, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you
- Connect a mailbox you are not entitled to access
- Break the law with the service, including fair housing, advertising, and consumer protection rules that apply to your practice
- Attempt to access another customer's data, probe or disrupt the service, or work around its security
- Resell the service or share one account across a team
We may suspend an account that is doing these things, and we will tell you why unless doing so would make the problem worse.
Who owns what
Your data — your mail, your calendar, your conversations — remains yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you. Sarah herself, the software, and the brand remain ours. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership either way.
Availability
We work to keep Sarah running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue something you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice. Third-party outages — Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp — can interrupt her, and those are outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. To the extent we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply to you only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. When the agreement ends, access stops and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sarah after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place you live.
